COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />J�SYfOF M.L, <br />tA•� / <br />��Jirl <br />�re•os•NF..M <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO REIMBURSE THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS <br />AND RECREATION FOR EXPENSES RELATING TO THE HALLOWEEN FAMILY <br />FUN NIGHT IN NORTH KOHALA. <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii, Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation <br />Division, conducts, arranges, and provides diversified programs at County recreational facilities <br />to address the needs and interests of the communities of Hawaii County in a safe environment; <br />lin <br />WHEREAS, the Recreation Division plans, conducts, arranges or promotes organized <br />recreation, athletics, crafts and other leisure time activities for all age groups at recreation centers <br />and facilities throughout the County of Hawaii; and <br />WHEREAS, the Recreation Division is requesting reimbursement for prizes supplied to <br />children who participated in the Halloween Family Fun Night for the North Kohala community <br />at the Hisaoka gym and Kamehameha Park Complex held on October 31, 2018; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department df' <br />Parks and Recreation, Recreation.Division, for reimbursement of expenses associated with the <br />Halloween Family Fun Night in North Kohala. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Council hereby transfers/appropriates <br />the following amount as set forth below: <br />
