To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning <br />Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of <br />the meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Community Development Plan (CDP) Action <br />Committee. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. General Plan Comprehensive Review and Mini Speakout Workshop: Members of the <br />Long Range Planning Division will provide an overview of the draft General Plan <br />Comprehensive Review, its relationship to the Puna CDP, and upcoming opportunities for <br />Action Committee participation. Following a brief presentation, attendees will <br />participate in a mini Speakout workshop to explore key sections of the draft in a similar <br />process to the larger public Speakouts scheduled for this August. During the workshop <br />portion of the meeting, the Action Committee as well as attending members of the pubic <br />will have an opportunity for questions, discussion, and providing feedback on the key <br />sections of the draft being presented. <br /> Hawai'i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer plannmg( <br />
