With discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee, comments may be made <br />either during the public comment portion of the agenda or during the relevant business item, and —I <br />may be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item. For our records, please fill out a <br />yellow request form and submit it to Planning Department Staff or the Action Committee <br />Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: The Action Committee will consider the draft minutes of the May <br />14, 2019 meeting. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. General Plan Comprehensive Review and Mini Speakout Workshop: Members of the <br />Long Range Planning Division will provide an overview of the draft General Plan <br />Comprehensive Review, its relationship to the Kona CDP, and upcoming opportunities for <br />Action Committee participation. Following a brief presentation, attendees will participate in <br />a mini Speakout workshop to explore key sections of the draft in a similar process to the <br />larger public Speakouts scheduled for this August.
