With discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee, comments may be gp- F4 <br />either during the public comment portion of the agenda or during the relevant business item, anc <br />may be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item. For our records, please fill out a <br />yellow request form and submit it to Planning Department Staff or the Action Committee <br />Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. <br />L <br />7 <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. General Plan Comprehensive Review and Mini Speakout Workshop: Members of the <br />Long Range Planning Division will provide an overview of the draft General Plan <br />Comprehensive Review, its relationship to the South Kohala CDP, and upcoming <br />opportunities for Action Committee participation. Following a brief presentation, attendees <br />will participate in a mini Speakout workshop to explore key sections of the draft in a similar <br />process to the larger public Speakouts scheduled for this August. During the workshop <br />portion of the meeting, the Action Committee as well as attending members of the public <br />will have an opportunity for questions, discussion, and providing feedback on the key <br />sections of the draft being presented. <br /> Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />r <br />
