There were only 4 Action Committee Members in <br />attendance. Informational presentations were provided to attendees. No Action Committee <br />business was addressed. *** <br />Action Committee Members Present: Steve Hoffmann (Chair), Jeff Coakley, Benjamin Ney, Jack Olson <br />Action Committee Members Absent -Excused: Keone Emeliano (Vice), Lehua Ah Sam, Richard Elliott, <br />Jack Hoyt <br />Staff: CoH Planners: LeAna Gloor and Eric Cook <br />Members of the public: 7 Members of the public were in attendance. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />1. CDP Planner LeAna Gloor announced that Chris Cackley had been confirmed as a new Action <br />Committee Member, and that he would be filling the seat of Jack Hoyt, who has graciously <br />served his term and held over into a second term. She also announced that the County is <br />currently recruiting to fill the remaining vacant seat on the committee. <br />2. Ms. Gloor explained that moving forward, the meeting minutes for the Action Committee will <br />be scaled back and will aim to capture motions, decisions, actions and a synopsis of the <br />discussion. Community Group reports and other presented material that is agendized will be <br />referenced and linked in the minutes. <br />3. Ms. Gloor recognized and thanked Carol Ignacio of Blue Zones for generously providing <br />healthy refreshments for the meeting. <br />4. Ms. Gloor reminded community groups that they must submit their group reports to planning <br />staff a minimum of 7 days in advance of the meeting date in order to get their report <br />agendized. <br />INFORMATIONAL PRESENTATIONS: <br />Comm.
