To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning <br />Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the <br />meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to the <br />discretion of the Chair of the Community Development Plan (CDP) Action Committee. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. Draft letter from the Action Committee to support the reopening of roads inundated by <br />lava in lower Puna: The Action Committee will review and comment on a draft letter to the <br />Planning Director supporting the reestablishment of roads inundated by lava in Lower Puna, <br />with a request to forward to the Mayor, council members, state legislators, and the Klauea <br />Recovery Support Function Team. <br />2.
