The Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility will also <br /> contain staff areas including offices and a commercial kitchen. <br /> The Skilled Nursing Facility(Phase R of the Project) is planned to be a 4- <br /> story building containing residential accommodations for approximately <br /> 155 residents,as well as common areas including a separate central <br /> dining rooms,several activity areas, library, therapy rooms,and <br /> residents' lounge. <br /> The Employee Housing building(Phase III of the Project)shall be <br /> constructed if and to the extent sufficient water capacity is available for <br /> the Project.
