Simeon, P.E. <br />Deputy Director <br />Subject: Amendment to Change of Zone Ordinance No. 09 159 (REZ 09-000098) <br />Applicant: Kona Country Club, Inc. <br />Request: Amendment for a Five -Year Time Extension to Condition C (Time <br />to Complete Construction) <br />Tax Map Key: 74-010:101 <br />We have reviewed the subject application and have the following comments: <br />1. Section V. Rezoning Conditions, F., indicates that construction was completed by the <br />applicant. To date, subdivision construction is incomplete. There are outstanding punch <br />lists from the Engineering Division and Traffic Division. The latest punch lists can be <br />provided upon request. Construction needs to be completed in its entirety before <br />dedication can be requested. <br />2. Section IV. Justification of Request, A., states again that Condition F of the ordinance <br />was "completed fulfilled". Condition F has not been fulfilled as construction is incomplete <br />as described above. Construction is considered complete when both Engineering and <br />Traffic Divisions' punch lists have been satisfied. <br />3. There is no mention of Electrical Power in the application.
