The project is proposed to be built in <br />as many as three phases. In accordance with state law, 51 percent of the opportunities at this <br />facility must be affordable. <br />Pursuant to HRS Section 201H-38 that allows the County Council to exempt the <br />owner/developer from certain County Code requirements, the owner is asking for 13 exemptions, <br />including one from a past performance deadline. This application has been circulated to all <br />county agencies and affected state agencies for inspection. Corporation Counsel has reviewed <br />this package for form and function. <br />Please note that this is a resubmitted application that replaces another withdrawn on <br />August 18, 2020.
