Supportive Information: The applicant has submitted the attached in support of the <br />request: (Planning Department Exhibit 1 - Application for Time Extension and <br />Amendments to Ordinance No. 05-115 dated November 12, 2019 and Planning <br />Department Exhibit 2 - Letters dated January 22, 2020 and February 4, 2020 from <br />Sidney Fuke) <br />5. Landowner: Pua`a Development LLC; c/o Brian Cook. Pua`a Development also owns <br />the subject property (TMK: 7-5-017:001), TMK: 7-5-017:023, TMK: 7-5-017:026 and <br />TMK: 7-5-017:039, which totals 46.87 acres. Suffolk Investments, LLC owns the <br />adjoining parcel (TMK: 7-5-017:019), in which the Department of Commerce and <br />Consumer Affairs (DCCA) records show that Pua`a Development, LLC and Brian Cook <br />are managing members of Suffolk Investments, LLC.
