1. $3,601.27 per multiple family residential unit ($4,663.74 per <br />single-family residential unit) to the County to support park and <br />recreational improvements and facilities,-.... <br />5. $27617.77 per multiple family residential unit ($4,143.81 per <br />single-family residential unit) to the County to support road and <br />traffic improvements. <br />In lieu of paying the fair share contribution, the applicant may <br />contribute land and/or construct improvements/facilities and roads <br />within the region impacted by the proposed development, subject to <br />the review and recommendation of the Planning Director, upon <br />consultations with the appropriate agencies and approval of the <br />County Council. Improvements to the drainage system as it <br />crosses under Kuakini Highway, the road improvements at the <br />Kuakini Highway intersection, and the mauka/makai spine road up <br />to the entrance of the proposed rental housing project shall be <br />credited against the road fair share. <br />Relative to the requirements for the school as outlined in Condition <br />U, the value of land — which shall be based on the per acre <br />purchase cost of the applicant -, the cost of the infrastructure (road <br />and utility) to the subject site, and the cost of site preparation for <br />the school and playground area shall be credited against the park <br />and recreation fair share. The construction of any structures on the <br />subject site shall be credited against the balance, if any, of the park <br />and recreation fair share of this ordinance and/or any future park <br />and recreation fair share requirement for T.M.K. 7-5-17: 23 and 26. <br />The applicant will comply with this requirement. However, because it <br />is requesting the deletion of Condition U- relating to the 5 -acre school <br />site, the fair share credit of the school site is not applicable. The last <br />paragraph of Condition W should thus be deleted in its entirety. <br />Further, please note that should the applicant construct residential <br />units on the subject property, triggering this condition, the applicant will <br />comply with this requirement. <br />X. Should the Council adopt a Unified Impact Fee Ordinance <br />...conditions included herein shall be credit towards the <br />requirements of the Unified Impact Fees Ordinance. <br />At this point in time, this is not applicable; as such an ordinance has <br />not been passed as of -this date. However, should one be applicable to <br />the project, the Applicant will comply. <br />17 <br />
