BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />Calculations used to figure out Fringe Benefits percentage were outdated and low. New calculations were <br />completed using the Schedule of Fringe Benefit Rates issued by Accounts, which revealed a higher <br />percentage rate.
