BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION(US'_:ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED)_ <br />The University of California at San Francisco is donating approximately 1 million single -use medical masks <br />@ $1.86 per mask to the County of Flawai'i. The Civil Defense Agency will be accepting the donation on <br />behalf of the County.
