Through this grant funding source, we are <br />requesting $40,000 be awarded to Child and Family Support Services. , <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />Child and Family Service provides a domestic violence shelter to DV victims on both the West and and East <br />side of Hawaii Island. These funds will be split equally between the two shelters. Not only is physical shelter <br />provided to victims, but advocacy and support services are provided as well.
