I think the airport. at .this time is -on that wave, and I can see a lot of advantages coming through ths`initiation. But my onlyconcern is+that the first thing anyone would see of Kona, should it be -their first-time, is this'4irport area, and to protect that with well -vetted projects that will profit the community. I know this'isn't something that we can handle at this level, but I would like to see that, ea el but remain under Davis -Bacon Law to assure that the -contractors "are 'bidding_in an _effort to -build quality products that will benefit all of the folks here _f6f.Aime to _come.
