Funds would be used to pay for an increase in Section 8 rent due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Reference: Comm. 1087 Intr. by: Ms. David (B/R) Bill 204: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 20-44, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2020 TO JUNE 30, 2021 Adds the Public Works Waika`alulu Bridge No. 44-8 project for $600,000 to the Capital Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund Balance and/or Other Sources.
