REQUEST: <br />9/21/2020 <br />808-961-2273. <br />To enter into a multi-year lease agreement for (5) years for fourteen (14) copy machines in the following <br />locations: Hilo CID, Hilo Squad Room, Hilo Training, Hilo Detention Facility, Hilo Police Commissioner, <br />Keaau Sub Station, Pahoa Station, Kau Station, Honoka'a Station, Laupahoehoe Station, Waimea Station, <br />Kohala Station, Maunalani Sub Station, Captain Cook Sub Station. <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED) <br />The lease on the copiers currently in use has expired. The present machines are constantly being repaired <br />and causes many non -operational periods.
