BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The University of California at San Francisco is donating approximately 800,000 single -use medical masks <br />@ $1.86 per mask to the County of Hawaii. The Civil Defense Agency will be accepting the donation on <br />behalf of the County.
