No. 737-20 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 11:03 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 737-20, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 737-20, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 1085 <br /> dated September 18, 2020, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one <br /> fiscal year for a multi-year lease of one 20-yard dump truck for the Department of Parks and Recreation. <br /> This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with an approximate <br /> monthly cost of$3,594. The County would own the equipment at the end of the lease. <br /> A motion to move Resolution No. 737-20 to Council with a positive recommendation was made by <br /> Council Member Rebecca Villegas, and seconded by Council Member Herbert M.
