No. 1084/Bill No. 202 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 11:03 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 202, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 202, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 1084 <br /> dated September 18, 2020, amends Ordinance No. 20-45, as amended, the Operating Budget for the <br /> County of Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021. <br /> Bill No. 202 appropriates revenues in State Grants —North Kohala Coqui Frog Control Project account <br /> ($49,896); and appropriates the same to the North Kohala Coqui Frog Control Project account. Funds <br /> would be used to prevent the establishment of the coqui frog in the North Kohala district. <br /> A motion to move Bill No. 202 to Council with a positive recommendation was made by <br /> Council Member Herbert M.
