�tY Os N..' <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> • OF•MF'� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76S 20 <br /> RESOLUTION CHANGING THE FUNDING SOURCE OF ONE (1) <br /> SENIOR ACCOUNT CLERK (TEMP) POSITION <br /> WHEREAS, in 2007, the United States Department of Commerce, <br /> Economic Development Administration (EDA) had authorized funding for a <br /> Senior Account Clerk (Temp) to assist with the management of post-disaster <br /> economic rebuilding and revitalization activities for the County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the federal funding for this one (1) Senior Account Clerk <br /> (Temp), position number 00-04732, has ceased due to the closing of the <br /> Disaster Recovery Coordinators grant; and <br /> WHEREAS, this position is currently vacant and the Department of Public <br /> Works wishes to utilize the position to assist with FEMA record keeping and <br /> reporting to obtain disaster/emergency reimbursements; and <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> that the County will fund the Senior Account Clerk (Temp) position (Position No. <br /> 00-04732). <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds should be available in the <br /> various regular salaries and wages accounts of the Department of Public Works <br /> for this position. <br />
