This additional appropriation will be used towards the microwave system <br />component replacement, installation, and maintenance to ensure public safety communication in <br />Hawaii County. <br />The Civil Defense Agency requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be <br />placed on the November 6, 2020' Council agenda in order to expedite this project.
