Da 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE DUGOUTS AND <br /> FENCING AT HUALANI PARK. <br /> WHEREAS, Hualani Park is a Department of Parks and Recreation facility located <br /> within the Hawaiian Homes community of Keaukaha; and <br /> WHEREAS, with support from the Department of Parks and Recreation, a candidate for <br /> Eagle Scout from Scouts BSA Troop 95, Aloha Council, proposes to replace the roofs of both <br /> dugouts at Hualani Park, and to provide safety improvements along the fence line; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation will provide funding support for <br /> supplies and materials, and collaborate with the Eagle Scout candidate, who is planning and <br /> directing these improvements to fulfill a requirement to reach the rank of Eagle Scout; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation supports safe, clean, enjoyable, <br /> accessible, and aesthetically pleasing facilities; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to provide materials for the Eagle Scout Service Project at Hualani Park. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,530 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $5,530 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5503.39 Department of Parks and Recreation $5,530 <br /> Friends of the Park <br /> 341 Friends of the Park, Misc.
