These proposed amendments <br /> are illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 201, Draft 2. Material <br /> to be repealed is bracketed and stricken; new material is underscored. <br /> I. SECTION 1 is amended by amending Condition E to read as follows: <br /> `B. An updated Traffic Impact Analysis Report (TIAR) or Traffic Assessment {TA) <br /> shall be submitted to the State Department of Transportation for its review and <br /> approval prior to issuance of Final Plan Approval. The updated TIAR or TA shall <br /> also take into consideration the project's impact on Puapua`anui Street and other <br /> signalized intersections within a mile of the Puanua`anui intersection. All <br /> accesses, including roadway and/or intersection improvements affecting State <br /> highways, shall meet with the approval of the Department of Transportation." <br /> 2. SECTION 1 is amended by adding a new Condition U to read as follows: <br /> "U.
