These <br /> funds will be used to pay for the Mainstream voucher subsidies and assist non-elderly persons with <br /> disabilities and represents 75 additional vouchers for Hawaii County. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement to accept these funds. Also enclosed is a bill <br /> for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating a Mainstream Voucher Program <br /> CO VID-19 grant in the amount of$746,100. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development is requesting that this bill be waived from <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the December 23, 2020 Council agenda to expedite the <br /> receipt of these funds.
