APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Treasurer King moved to approve the agenda, with a second by Secretary Kierkiewicz. <br />The motion to approve the agenda of the September 28, 2020 HSAC Executive Committee <br />meeting carried unanimously. <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Council Member Chock moved to accept the minutes of the HSAC Executive Committee meet- <br />ings from April, May, June, July and August. There was a second by Treasurer King. <br />The motion to approve the minutes from the HSAC Executive Committee meetings April to Au- <br />gust carried unanimously, with Treasurer King voting yes with reservations. <br />IV. REPORTS <br />A. Treasurer's Report: July & August 2020 <br />Treasurer King provided the reports for July and August 2020 (attached). <br />Treasurer King shared there were four responses statewide from the RFP that was issued. She <br />noted the difficulty of securing a vendor to perform the work, as they have requested to see <br />previous audits, which were not completed. <br />Motion by Secretary Kierkiewicz, second by Council Member Chock to file the July and August <br />2020 Treasurer's Reports. The motion to approve carried unanimously. <br />
