All earthwork activity, including grading and grubbing, shall conform to Chapter 10, <br />Erosion and Sedimentation Control, of the Hawaii County Code. <br />[M -d J. The project shall connect to the existing County sewer line prior to the issuance of a <br />Certificate of Occupancy.
