But, the success or failure of <br />-ely rely, it is almost entirely up to the County of Hawaii now. It is not a <br />tot=_a Federal issue anymore because we actually cleared all those hurdles. <br />the financing at the State level and what we've just been talking about <br />some applications for local financing. <br />But ninety-five (95) percent of the funding for this project is going to come from non -County <br />sources. Either way we look at it the most non -County sources have already been, all the <br />competitive sources have already been committed to this project.
