REQUEST: <br />To enter into a multi-year lease agreement for five (5) years for a multifunction copier for the Department of <br />Research and Development's Kailua-Kona office. <br />B. BACN!:GROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED) <br />The lease on the current copier will, be expiring December 31, 2020.
