REQUEST: <br />A bill to amend Ordinance 20-44, the Capital Budget, by adding a new Kalaniana'ole Avenue Reconstruction <br />project and appropriate from a private contribution for $425,000 from Hawaii Electric Light Company. A fifty <br />percent cost sharing will be used to cover the increase in pavement costs from asphalt to concrete for the <br />Kalanianaole Avenue Reconstruction. <br />B.
