REQUEST: <br />A bill to amend Ordinance 20-44, the Capital Budget, by adding the appropriation of $10 million for the <br />project titled Kalanianaole Avenue Reconstruction. This project will reconstruct the roadway and make <br />drainage improvements. <br />Total: $10,000,000 <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />Due to utility conflicts, the roadway project will install concrete pavement in lieu of A.C. pavement.
