Prior to <br />that he held a myriad of executive and management roles in the private sector, where he <br />oversaw construction, planning, and property management projects island wide. Mr. Kern <br />also served a term on the Hawaii County Council. <br />Mr. Kern will serve a term co -terminus with my tenure, which will end on December 2, 2024. <br />Thank you for your favorable consideration of this appointment.
