The five-year deadline date <br /> (November 4, 2014)has passed, and the applicant did not obtain final subdivision approval <br /> because a road access was not constructed or bonded by the deadline due to delays in the overall <br /> development schedule. <br /> HDOT has the following comments: <br /> Airports Division(HDOT-A) <br /> 1. The Palamanui Global Holdings,LLC property is immediately adjacent to Ellison <br /> Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole across Queen Kaahumanu Highway. <br /> All projects within five miles from Hawaii State airports are advised to read the <br /> Technical Assistance Memorandum(TAM) for guidance with development and <br /> activities that may require further review and permits.
