Section 25-7-22. <br /> (a) The following uses shall be permitted uses in the CDH district: <br /> (28) Massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, and other similar health service facilities. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> For the reasons cited above, the Planning Director recommends that the Leeward and <br /> Windward Planning Commission send a favorable recommendation of this bill to the Hawaii <br /> County Council for the amendment to Chapter 25 (Zoning),Article 1, Article 2,Article 4, <br /> Article 5 and Article 7 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 edition) relating to <br /> definitions, use permit requirements, parking requirements, and zoning district regulations <br /> for medical clinics and massage, acupuncture, chiropractic and other similar health service <br /> facilities. <br /> -6- <br />
