The Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the County Council on the request as indicated in the Planning Department Exhibit 1. Subsequently, on December 3, 2020 the request returned to the Commission to reconsider this matter due to substantial changes made to the bill as indicated in the Planning Department Exhibit 2. The Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation on the Planning Department Exhibit 2 which shall supersede the Planning Department Exhibit 1.
