He recently served on the Board <br /> of Appeals (term ended 1212019), the State Rehabilitation Council (2016–2019), and the Kona <br /> Community Development Plan Action Committee. <br /> Mr. Travalino's vast knowledge and experience in construction and community development is <br /> an asset to both infrastructure and urban development.
