Roth, dated December 8, 2020, <br /> submitting for the Council's review and confirmation the appointment of Maurice C. Messina as <br /> Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, pursuant to Section 6-3.2 of the Hawaii <br /> County Charter. <br /> Mayor Mitchell D.
