Roth, dated December 22, 2020, <br /> submitting for the Council's review and confirmation the nomination of Doug Espejo of Council <br /> District I to the Liquor Commission. <br /> Executive Assistant Pomaika'i Bartolome appeared at Hilo Council Chambers and introduced the <br /> nominee, who also appeared in person. <br /> Ms. Kierkiewicz commented in favor of the nominee's appointment.
