COUNTY OF HAWAI `I <br />STATE OF HAWAI `I <br />RESOLUTION NO. SIL 21 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO COVER EXPENSES FOR THE COUNTY <br />REDISTRICTING COMMISISON. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 15-3 of the County Charter, the 2018-2020 Charter <br />Commission completed its duties, its membership dissolved and is not due to reconvene a new <br />membership until 2029; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-17 of the County Charter, the County Redistricting <br />Commission is due to begin and complete its activities in 2021 and funds are needed to provide <br />resources for the Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Charter Commission account contains excess funds due to lower than <br />anticipated expenses; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.911.5912.71 Charter Commission $101000 <br />341 Misc.
