S5 2:. <br />RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION 735-20 AUTHORIZING <br />'SHE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 735-20, adopted on October 21, 2020, in <br />accordance with section 46-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, authorizing the Mayor to <br />(.xecute, on behalf of the County, an agreement and related documents with the <br />University of Hawaii to fund their "Increasing Production of Novel Floriculture <br />Products for Import Replacement" project proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the recitals to Resolution 735-20 made reference to provide <br />��13,076 to the University of Hawaii; and <br />WHEREAS, the actual 1:unding amount is $12,000; and <br />WHEREAS, the Depart.,nent of Research and Development requests that <br />all references in Resolution 7�)5-20 to indicate the funding amount of $13,076 be <br />(.,.hanged to reflect funding of $12,000; now, therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 735-20 be, and hereby is, amended to <br />r,hange all references of $13,076 to reflect instead, $12,000. <br />
