[13,k, From the proposed [Ane Keohokalole Highway (6A)to <br /> Makalei Drive] Road 6A to Palamanui's eastern property <br /> boundary,the road shall be constructed to County- <br /> dedicable standards as a minor street, except that design <br /> standards shall be varied to permit the [connectionwith <br /> Makalei Drive] terminus of the road at Palamanui's eastern <br /> property boundary without encroaching into the lowland <br /> Dry Forest Preserve. [The connection with Makalci Drive <br /> -- - --- - -- - - -- - - - -- - -- - -- <br /> Forestt Preserve.] The grade shall not exceed ten (10) <br /> percent, except near the [connection with Makalci Drive] <br /> terminus of the road at Palamanui's eastern property <br /> boundary. <br /> d. The Business Park may be constructed prior to Phase III <br /> provided the Queen Ka`ahumanu Highway-University <br /> Drive intersection and University Drive (Road 2) from <br /> Queen Ka`ahumanu Highway to the Ane Keohokalole <br /> Highway Extension is constructed prior to occupancy <br /> within the phase. <br /> [ede.
