CDP Map, Figure 4-3 and Main Street of Applicant's Regulating <br /> Plan, Exhibit A-1): <br /> The portion of Ane [Keohekalele] Keohokalole Highway [(6)] <br /> within the property shall have a right-of-way width of 120 feet. <br /> The applicant shall construct a half-section,two-lane road with <br /> sidewalk, drainage improvements, and street lighting, within this <br /> 120-foot right-of-way to County-dedicable standards. The <br /> improved half-section shall be in alignment with the improved <br /> section of Ane Keohokalole Highway to the south. The remaining <br /> 60-foot width of the 120-foot wide right-of-way shall be rough <br /> graded to avoid any transition issues with adjacent properties. <br /> Permitted uses within the unimproved 60-foot wide right-of-way <br /> shall include utilities, a linear park, food trucks, farmer's market, <br /> and other similar temporary, non-structural uses as approved by the <br /> Planning Director, in consultation with the Department of Public <br /> Works,through Site Plan Approval.
