BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />County of Hawaii recognizes every March as Youth Art Month, supporting opportunities to <br />improve the well-being and holistic development of our youth through artistic experiences. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County of Hawaii supports activation of Art <br />in the Park and encourages Hawaii Island youth to participate and lend a visual voice to their <br />stories and hopes for the future. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br />resolution to the Honorable Mitchell D. Roth, Mayor; Maurice C. Messina, Director, Department <br />Parks and Recreation; Douglass S.
