COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO.21. 20 <br />BILL NO. 15 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20-44, AS AMENDED, <br />RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 11 2020 TO JUNE 30, 2021. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 20-44, as amended, Relating to Public <br />Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, <br />is hereby amended by establishing the following program appropriations: <br />PROGRAM AMOUNT <br />Roadway Projects $ 27,420.13 <br />Bridge Inspection/Repair 181280.08 <br />Local Road Projects 45,700.21 <br />TOTAL $ 911400.42 <br />Allotments from these program appropriations shall be made to be specific projects listed <br />on the attached Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from fuel tax revenues, <br />in excess of what was projected in Ordinance No. 19-7. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall <br />not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect <br />without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br />ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
