No. 48-21 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:35 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Resolution No. 48-21, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 48-21, transmitted by County Clerk Jon Henricks, via Communication No. 120 <br /> dated February 3, 2021, authorizes the payment of funds for a later fiscal year and of more than one <br /> fiscal year for a multi-year lease for a multifunction, color printer for the Office of the County Clerk, <br /> Support Services Division. <br /> This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year lease agreement with an approximate <br /> monthly cost of$2,150. <br /> Deputy Clerk Mr. Aaron Brown was asked by Finance Chair Matt Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder to "touch on" <br /> this resolution. Mr. Brown explained the Support Services Division has just finished their five year lease <br /> agreement for their color printer.
