She is employed by HOPE Services <br /> Hawaii as a Housing Locator and Outreach Team Leader, utilizing her experience and skill in <br /> organization, leadership, management, and collaboration to provide direction, support and <br /> advocacy for program participants. As Hawaii National Guard Youth Challenge Academy <br /> Secretary from 2011 to 2017, Ms. Hoopii gained a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of <br /> Academy office organization and operation. <br /> Ms. Hoopii is an active advocate for our most vulnerable populations, coordinating the annual <br /> Homeless Point in Time Count for our island, volunteering with HOPE Services Street Medicine <br /> Outreach, and Premier Medical Group, covid-19 community testing. She is an energetic member <br /> of the Keaukaha Community Association and the Youth Challenge Beach Clean Up Team.
