The Business Park may be constructed prior to Phase III <br />provided the Queen Ka`ahumanu Highway -University <br />Drive intersection and Universi Drive (Road 2) from <br />Queen Ka`ahumanu Highway to the Ane Keohokdlole <br />Highway Extension is constructed prior to occupancy <br />within the phase. <br />[E]e.
