HAWAIIAN ACRES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION & HAWAIIAN ACRES ROAD CORPORATION <br />16-1235 Moho Rd <br />Kurtistown, HI 96760 <br />March 22, 2021 <br />County of Hawai'i - Corporation Counsel <br />101 Aupuni Street, Unit 325, <br />Hilo, HI 96720 <br />To Whom it May Concern: <br />On behalf of the Hawaiian Acres community, we, the Hawaiian Acres Community Association <br />(HACA) and the Hawaiian Acres Road Corporation (HARC) formally request a feasibility study <br />for an Improvement District with the purpose of improving roadway infrastructure within the <br />Hawaiian Acres Subdivision. <br />In April 2020, a survey (attached) was sent to the Hawaiian Acres Community indicating over <br />80% of the 700 respondents were positive about the Improvement District.
