REQUEST: <br /> Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi-year lease agreement for five (5) years for two (2) <br /> multi-function copier machines for the Office of the Corporation Counsel. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The original multi-function copier machine lease has ended. The current copier has had several trouble calls <br /> and longer down times have lead to this request for a new copier. <br /> The second multi-function copier lease is to furnish the Kona office for the personnel that will be reporting to <br /> that office. This will be the first lease for that location. <br /> The multi-function copier machines will be leased for a period of 5 years which will include maintenance and <br /> servicing. The estimated monthly cost for the two (2) leases will be approximately $1,100 per month. Funding <br /> for the lease in included in the FY 2020-2021 budget and the FY 2021-2022 budget. <br /> The Department would like to request to waive the Finance Committee to be placed on the next Council <br /> agenda since the lease is expired. <br /> f <br /> SIGNED: DATE: <br /> Department Head <br />
