I am currently right at the stage where everything is all <br /> together (permitting already approved with plans in contractors hands) and ready to start <br /> build within approx (90days) pending FHB financing final approval, Zoning for my current <br /> property will unfortunately end November 04, 2019, not allowing enough time to complete <br /> projected construction , your review and consideration into my concern would be greatly <br /> appreciated. <br /> Summary of Progress during Build: <br /> March —July 2015 Clear lot of very overgrown, foliage, and trash left behind by previous owner. <br /> April —August 2015: seek out advise on planning build, size, type of building, etc-talked to <br /> Different contractors : Ivan Mochida Contracting Inc. and Fujiyama Construction, after <br /> discussing my plans to build I realized that I was putting the carriage before the horse by <br /> not having the design and plans already prepared; decided to work with Neil Fujiyama of <br /> Fujiyama Construction who then suggested consulting with Engineering Partner Inc. worked <br /> On plans & design with EPI-Yen Wen Fang P.E.S.E.-principal & Keith Kanetani- project mgr. <br /> November 23, 2015 : Fujiyama Construction gave a preliminary estimate proposal; met with <br /> Exhibit F <br />
